Bonnie Goodwin joined the faculty and staff of Capital University 16 years ago. Bonnie currently serves as the director for the athletic training education program, clinical coordinator and athletic trainer responsible for women's soccer.

Prior to working at Capital, Goodwin worked at Providence College in Providence Rhode Island. Bonnie is a graduate of the University of Florida where she completed her Master's of Exercise and Sport Science. Her Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Health Education was completed at Ohio University.

Currently Goodwin is member of the Ohio Athletic Trainers' Association (OATA), a member of the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) Annual Report Audit Committee, a Board of Certification (BOC) Home Study Reviewer as well as a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association.

Bonnie, her husband Charles and daughters, Amanda and Charley reside in Columbus.
