Capital's first coach brought the Crusaders into the OAC in 1927.
Mr. Bill served two stints as football coach. He was also basketball coach and baseball coach while serving as athletic director until 1971.
Landrum is the winningest coach in school history and had only two losing seasons.

Welsh led Capital to its only OAC title and an NCAA Playoff bid in 1987.
Collins led Capital to a school-record 11 wins and a second straight appearance in the NCAA Playoff National Quarterfinals in 2006. A three-time OAC Coach of the Year (2001, 2003, 2006), he also won the 2006 Lee Tressel Ohio College Coach of the Year Award.
