Capital University is 350 pounds lighter thanks to the Weight Watchers at Work program. To keep the momentum going, Capital has renewed its relationship for another 10 weeks with the workplace-based program that uses flexibility, convenience and daily motivation from co-workers to help individuals achieve their weight-loss goals and help employers support a healthier workforce.
To date, those participating in Capital's Weight Watchers at Work program have lost a collective 350 pounds. You can be part of this success story by signing up for the next phase of the program. New sessions will begin on Wednesday, May 1, in Moe Lounge, located in The Capital Center.
The total cost for the 10-week program is $110, and Capital will continue to offer payroll deduction to employees for convenience. The payroll deduction payment options are:
- bi-weekly payroll – five equal deductions of $22
- monthly payroll – two equal deductions of $55
In addition, with a prescription from your physician, you may be able to submit your program costs to your Flex Savings Account or Health Savings Account for reimbursement.
