Our program is endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses Certification Program, which means all graduates may take the holistic nursing certification exam. And since all of the programs we offer are based on principles of holistic practice, you’ll be well prepared.
Part of expanding your abilities is developing the ability to look inward. Our courses integrate self-care and personal reflection as an essential part of practice. The power of compassion on patient care is also something we’ll develop together.
You won’t find 400-seat lecture halls on our campus. Faculty members and advisers at Capital University provide one-on-one support whenever you need it, and you’ll learn in small group settings — enabling you to get more out of classes.
There are things that can’t be learned in textbooks. By challenging our students to think outside the boundaries of the classroom, we prepare nurses that can excel in a professional setting. We nurture skills in cultural competency, leadership and social responsibility so graduates can enhance the patient experience at the bedside or improve clinical outcomes at the system-wide level.
