  • The IT Help Desk

    Have a technical request, inquiry or problem? The IT help desk should be your first point of contact for help. The IT help desk is located on the first floor of Blackmore Library on the Bexley campus and on the first floor of the Law campus. We provide technical support to Capital University faculty, staff and students. Contact us during our operational business hours at 614-236-6508 or servicedesk@capital.edu. You can also open up your own ticket for help online using FootPrints (sign in with your university ID username and password).  Walk-ups are welcome.  Please be prepared to provide us with information that will help us identify your affiliation with the university such as your ID number or office information.  Click here to find information and business hours for the law campus help desk.

    Hours of Operation

    Monday - Thursday 8 am - 8 pm
    Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
    Saturday - Sunday  CLOSED

    Hours subject to change during semester breaks, holidays, and special events.

    The Media Center

    The IT Media Center is located in the lower level of Blackmore Library. You can obtain an ID, print a poster or use the laminator for your academic needs. Visit the IT help desk for assistance.
