Certificate of Nursing
The Post- Masters Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist Certificate Program is offered to students who have a Master’s of Science in Nursing and an adult health clinical background who want to prepare for an Advanced Practice role. Students will gain expertise in adult and gerian health promotion and illness management as well as system leadership skills to improve the quality of evidence based practice for the adult-gerontology population. Admission: Applicants need to apply through the office of Adult and Graduate Education.
Required coursework included the following includes the courses listed below and a total of 500 hours of clinical experience during the course of study.
